Rappahannock Room (up to 250 guests)

The Rappahannock Room is the largest private event area that Brock’s offers. Located upstairs, the Rappahannock Room includes all private amenities including a private, fully stocked bar, bathrooms, and outdoor veranda overlooking the Rappahannock River. We do have an elevator for handicap use. Rental of the Rappahannock Room includes staff that cater exclusively to your event, linens, tableware, silverware, and all non-alcoholic beverages. The Rappahannock Room is also equipped with a pulldown screen and projector for slideshows and presentations. The Rappahannock Room can host up to 160 people for seated affairs, and up to 250 people for cocktail style parties. This room is a perfect choice for all functions include cocktail and appetizer parties, plated dinners and lunches, and buffets. Please refer to our Event Menu for more details.
